Woman dies in Fort Washington crash

FORT WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- A woman died in a car crash on Route 210 in Fort Washington early Saturday, according to the Prince George's County Police Department.

The crash happened around 3 a.m. when police say a car collided with another car on Route 210.

A car traveling Southbound on Route 210 collided with another car traveling in the opposite direction. Police say the crash happened after a car attempted to make a left turn onto Old Fort Road.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation and the victim has not been identified.
